Jersey Shore, the hit reality TV show that was aired on MTV from December 2009 to December 2012, which captivated approximately 8.4 million viewers by its last season, is making a highly anticipated comeback that’s kept its fans on their toes!
The original eight- person cast that consisted of Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Ronnie Margo, Vinny Guadagnino, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Jenny “J-Wow” Farley, Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio, and Deena Nicole Cortese will be appearing on the big screen together again on their new special Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
Things may look a little different this time around,though as Sammi Sweetheart has decided based on her current relationship, that it would be best not to be involved in the special. We can all agree that Sammi will be missed!
Most of the cast’s family will be joining the big screen, too! However, Snooki’s husband Jionni has decided he will not be participating in the special, revealing to fans in an Instagram post “I am choosing not to be on TV because I simply do not like it,” which left many fans curious if the couple is having marital issues. Jionni then went to shoot down any possible rumors declaring “Nicole and I are doing great and have become even stronger while raising our children tougher.”
Many of the other cast members along with having children, have been promoting and developing their own businesses that range from clothing lines to new work-out products as well as attire. Ronnie just had a baby with his current girlfriend and Pauly D is the father of a daughter born in May of 2013! Congratulations, boys!
Mike The Situation, got himself into a legal situation that lead him to plead guilty in his tax fraud case. However, he did not let that stop him from joining the gang for their Family Vacation in Miami. The judge on his case granted him permission to film the MTV reboot and he will be sentenced April 25th.
