Pop some popcorn, pour some wine and get out the nail polish – it’s time for girls’ night. With Netflix now in the Hopper 3’s search results, it’s never been easier to find the best chick flicks for a girls’ night in. What movie should you pair with your best friends and favorite snacks? We have a few ideas!

1. Can’t Buy Me Love

Are you going through McDreamy withdrawals? Get your Patrick Dempsey fix in this 1987 flick! He plays an outcast who pays to have a girlfriend, which we can’t imagine but are excited to see.

2. Clueless

Don’t worry, we can’t believe it’s been 21 years since Clueless came out either. This classic tale of high school popularity and young love is the perfect way to spend a night in with the girls.

3. Gentlemen Prefer Blondes

Jane Russell and Marilyn Monroe crush the big screen as showgirls Loreliei and Dorothy in this 1953 comedy. What’s not to love about Paris, a private detective and more love interests than you can count?

4. Silver Linings Playbook

If you’re looking for something with little to no substance, don’t choose this movie. But if you’re looking for a heartfelt tear-jerker that will also make you laugh, this is it. Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence are perfect in this tale of heartbreak and renewal.

5. A Walk to Remember

No list of chick flicks for a girls’ night in is complete without at least one Nicholas Sparks movie. A Walk to Remember, only recently added to Netflix, is a perfect love story featuring one of our favorite leading ladies, Mandy Moore.

6. Roman Holiday

Audrey Hepburn is always welcome at girls’ night. Her 1953 romantic comedy Roman Holiday with Gregory Peck is the perfect combination of exotic and relatable.

7. Sixteen Candles

Sixteen Candles was just added to Netflix in May, so now we can relive Molly Ringwald’s embarrassing 16th birthday with her, whenever we want. This 1984 chick flick is the perfect addition to any night with friends.

8. Save the Last Dance

It’s hard to forget what you know and embrace who you want to be. We don’t mind spending the night watching Julia Stiles and Sean Patrick Thomas figure it out in this 2001 drama.

9. Bring It On

Something about next-level cheerleading, and the drama that goes with it, is hard to look away from. Good thing for us, Netflix just added Bring It On and Bring It On: All or Nothing for a night filled with back tucks and cat fights.

10. The Devil Wears Prada

It’s been 10 years since this star-studded cast wowed us with The Devil Wears Prada and we still can’t believe Meryl Streep didn’t win an Oscar. This movie is the perfect chick flick for any girls’ night. Or any night, really.
